Steve, maybe we need a social media button on the forums directory. It "aint going away" as they say.

Ah, yes, the unofficial mouthpiece for TripAdvisor, when TripAdvisor gets criticized he seem to always be there, talking them up. He even taught their masterclass.

Who? Daniel or Jay?
Daniel has never been on this forum to defend them. But he was at the PAII conference this past Jan.
We have that here for Bed and Breakfast .com one in particular who speaks up so often on their behalf that it is fairly obvious a plant. When innkeepers try to share innformation this person jumps in immediately, and in my estimation, is trying to shut down all further discussion. In fact might even divert the entire conversation onto something else.

Do a google search with his name and TA and you will see how often they pop up together. He taught a masterclass for them. His website is full of them. He was a hotelier... but he's now an author and hotel consultant. But he seems a bit too cushy with TA.
