This tastes divine! It takes a long time to bake, that is my only critique of it.

Here's a real easy recipe for using up blueberries:
Blueberry Nut Crunch
No. 2 can crushed pineapple
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup sugar divided
1 pkg. yellow cake mix ( 2 layer size)
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped

Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch pan.
Spread un-drained pineapple over the bottom.
Add layer of berries and sprinkle on 3/4 cup sugar.
Spread dry cake mix over all.
Drizzle melted butter evenly over cake mix.
Top with nuts.
Sprinkle on remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut in several places through to the bottom of pan and let the juices rise.
Return to oven and bake and additional 15 minutes until brown and bubbly.
Delicious if served with vanilla ice cream.

.
That's how we made "cobblers" in a Dutch Oven when we were camping. A yellow cake mix is very handy....

How would this do if you baked it the night before then reheated just before serving?
