Recently, (great for us) our legal lodging facilities have been pressuring our city officials to start cracking down on the folks with illegal lodging. There's zoning involved and of course the whole argument against AirBnB, property rights, safety, utilities, taxes ..... dozens of things.
Anyway, who's gone through this, has any advice on attacking this .... getting city to enforce already existing code/laws that pertain?
