So for the record, I am not a recipe-follower. I just use a recipe to guide me.
That being said, I have this in the oven right now. For the "tweak", I did 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup milk instead of the 1 cup of yogurt.
And I added a VERRRRRY healthy spash of coffee brandy.
Oh yea!!

And I added a VERRRRRY healthy spash of coffee brandy.
Oh yea!!.
Let us know how the "tweak" turns out!

Judging from the mostly empty pan, it turned out very good. The brandy make the batter super yummy. It's moist and hard to stop eating ;)

I think I'll try it with Kahlua. It's so good, it couldn't hurt!
