Cramming - YELLOW Pages scam/cram

I get these calls from Yellow Pages all the time to confirm my information. I have refused to talk to them for a long time - I am busy, goodbye. NEVER EVER use any form of the word yes - not even a grunt! If recorded, it could be dubbed.
This is from the Elgin Courier, a newpaper in the Chicago burbs.

What always amazes me is that anyone can pretty much tack any amount they want onto your phone bill. Huh? Internet services? Website design? Web hosting? What does this have to do with my PHONE bill?

Not here. They can call and I can hang up as many times as they can call DH gets downright nasty wity YP simply because they call so much - to verify!
