We're in the process of creating a set menu "Blue Willow Breakfast" for weekends only, open to people not staying with us. (We have a restaurant license) I'm looking for a source for Blue Willow fruit bowls and liners and hoping someone here just happens to use this pattern also.

We use Blue Nordic. We have run to eBay repeatedly to buy missing pieces.
But if you live in an urban area, here is something that you can do, we did it once for a treasure trove of pieces. Usually there is someone in town who specializes in running garage sales for people. That person has a list of people who buy certain items. Usually there is someone who buys pieces and resells them to a company that specializes. They usually have boxes of pieces that don't meet the requirements of the replacement people. I know, it sounds convoluted, but it sometimes works.
We have also down searches on craislist on sites like http://www.searchtempest.com/ and http://craigslist-search.blogspot.com/

Not to be cheeky or anything here....but why does this pattern mean so much.? Does it have something to do with your place? Why would guests even know or care what the china pattern is????
And why are you basing everything on it? It is a pretty plate, but it is so busy I don't think food shows up well on it. Also pretty expensive just to do a special with it. I would be afraid of breakage by people who don't have a clue nor care :-(
Some sources for you.

At least for me, there's now a list of Blue Willow offerings along the ad sidebar right here on this web page. Might click through to see what is offered (and help out with $$$ ad revenue)

Right now I use Mason Blue Vista. Not made now, and I built the collection from ebay over time. However for this endeavor I want the same look but more suited to heavier duty use. Blue Willow is an old pattern, still made, that can now go in the dishwasher with everything else, unlike the Mason Blue Vista I use now. I can do this breakfast if I simplify. My set breakfast will be two course, fruit first, then main. I need only the fruit bowls. I found a plain blue banded restaurant china pattern that I'll use if I can't find blue willow. Actually the fruit salad topped with blueberries looks gorgeous in the Mason fruit bowls. It's an ambiance thing that makes me happy.
