Do dead leaves falling off of drought-dried trees count as foliage?

Looks like the site is experiencing some difficulties. Nothing new works, just the old stuff. Spotter sign up page is a 404 error and the other pages doing with spotters all have error msgs on them.

Foilage spotting reports on the site begin Sept 10th. Maybe that's why there is an error message.

BnBFinder has this every year, with a blog on the colors. I would go for that if you belong to that directory! I still get referral clicks from that when I did it 4 years ago. :)
