And I'm not backing down either even though it is Easter Sunday and someone had 2 rooms booked for tonight. They had their mother phone at 1 pm to say neither are coming because one person in the party is sick. They booked on webervations so agreed the policies. They were totally upset when I said they would be charged if I can't rebook and I am sure at this late time of day I won't. Yesterday 3 different parties had phoned for that room and I turned them all away.
