Anything an innkeeper would or could or should or should not say...stick it here.
There have been so many I can't even think of one right now as an example. I will though...okay wait, how about these:
EXAMPLES:
"Breakfast is two choices: 1) Take it, or 2) Leave it"
"There are two kinds of travel, first class and with children"
"If you want breakfast in bed sleep in the kitchen"
"Breakfast is served at 9am, by 915 it gets cold, by 930 I eat it!"
"Just Say No to Hotels!"
"Continental is not spoken here"
"Just say no to lousy continentals"
"Bless his heart"
"Breakfast in the south is served with three meat choices: Pork, Pork or Pork"
etc etc

Lodging at a B&B, inn is like going home again...without having to do the dishes. (The one guests can see).
(The ones guests shouldn't see lol).
Lodging at a B&B, inn is like going home again...without the dysfunction.
Lodging at a B&B, inn is like going home again...without the bi&%$ing. lol
Did I nail it? ;)

"Many come as strangers, but most leave as friends!"
"Make yourself at home - Clean my Kitchen"
"I'm just working here till a good fast-food job opens up."
"We started out with nothing & still have most of it left."
We often have fun with the second one!
Cheers

May I steal that? That's perfect!
.
Sure. You are far enough away...
Our tourism magazine gave me (and everyone else) 15 words to tell what they were about in our listings. How the heck could I do that? Then I remembered what my guests were telling me as they left (and this was when I was a newbie and had 3 rooms with a shared bath!). THAT is how I got my tag-line.

Mine is : Where the World Comes Together
As each of my guests rooms are different countries (and cover different continents)

Eeew NO. It's too sickly. Almost as bad as "Arrive as guests, leave as friends". Yuk

Mine is "We're always pleased to see our guests, some when they arrive and some when they leave"

We're not happy until you're not happy. (DH's motto when he worked in personnel)

My own rule: nothing good comes from answering the phone after 9:00. Had two phone calls last night that proved it.

Perhaps to you is is yuck - but my guests say it to me which makes it music to my ears! Almost as sweet as the ka-ching!
