Yeah that is what I want to know...how do you flip the waffles and get them to cook on both sides? If it was a two sided pan..maybe, but me thinks this is not all it is cracked up to be????Looks cool but how do you crisp the other side? Is it easy to flip and have them land in the right spot? I think I'd rather get out my avelskiver (SP???) pan. That's a great idea for me...now where did I store it...
