I have borrowed a friends wide angle lense so i shot upstairs to get a few pics.
Question: Would it freak you out seeing an attic hatch/door (on the ceiling) in a room photo? Would you tthink, ick don't want that room? Just wondering as it is there when I get the pics with the ceiling fan, but I can try to work around it.
Also with these super wide angle shots that take in both walls to the right and left of the viewer - would you prefer to NOT see both walls as it make the room look boxy or go ahead and see it so you can get an idea of the space in the room (as a guest)?

Could you put up a sample or two so we can see? Then I will give you an opinion:)

After declutter is obviously better. But I'm not a fan of the wide angle/fish eye thing. Are you going to straighten out the edges? It looks too peephole-ish. It's amazing all that has to go in the bathroom that the guest NEEDS but that makes the pic look cluttered!

No. I could not take this photo without a wide angle lens. I cannot take any bathroom photos without it. Come on - help me here! This is the thing, people want bathroom pics how can I take them without extreme wide angle? It is STRAIGHTENED out btw. No one is getting THIS large of a photo, just you.

OK, the decluttered pic is better than the first, but as a guest I would rather NOT see the bathroom than see it with the wide angle. It just looks like you're looking thru the keyhole to take and it's unnerving. Like those pix of people in the bubble bath. It's weird. And, more recently, the place you posted the story about...woman in bathrobe reading a book, it's just odd to see people in MY room. Same thing seeing the wide angle pix.
Yes, I know that's the only way to get the whole room in. If your guests have to have the bathroom pix (and just because no one asks here doesn't mean it's not a really big deal elsewhere) then you have to go with what you have.

Can you turn the right hand light off? It's causing a lot of glare. And, even tho it will look lopsided to you, cant the picture over the towels slightly so the bottom right edge is up higher. It will look straight in the photo that way, now it looks crooked. Remove the floor mat. Did you try with doors on the tub open as well as closed. I'm distracted by the doors themselves as they are totally new to me style wise and I'm wondering more about how they work and I'm totally missing that there is a full tub there. Do you have flowers for that vase that have a bit deeper color? They're getting washed out so close to the light source.

I can't see the pictures - guess you removed them already. I am not a fan of the fish eye look either I have to admit. A former innkeeper near here had it on their site and I received many compliments comparing our pics and theirs - and our's were not the best at the time either!
In the past I never thought the need to post pictures of our bathrooms either because I never felt the need. Then one day (about 2 yrs ago) I happened upon a travel review site that gave a horrible review of a B&B which posted pictures of the bathroom - mold etc....the travel post stated she would never stay at a B&B again that did not have pics of the bathrooms on the site.
While we all can argue that hotels don't post pics of bathrooms - this is another way we can distinguish ourselves from hotels, as we aready show our all our rooms on the site, when they show samples (sometimes not even from the one being viewed). I do not think it is a must but that review really made an impression!
My bathroom pics are not the best, but at least someone that is interested can tell they are clean, updated and no mold.

i really want to see them but no matter what I do I cannot open them.
I did copy it and googled it but no luck. :(

Sorry but I just don't like those distorted images. I don't think they show the rooms off the way they should be.

I think what is adding to the fisheye look is the downward view. I suggest lowering your stance so the camera is looking straight ahead. That will help with some of the added distortion and help keep it from looking like some weird "live bathroom cam" ;)

OH I saw that woman on the bed reading a book too...it was weird..because the small photo you really at least my eyes..couldn't tell what it was and It was almost a porn pose...I was taken back for a second then I saw the larger photo and realized the pose was reading a book..but still was not a good pose:-( Weird yes.

Big difference with the little bit of clutter gone!
I have to agree about the curved photos...not very pleasing to the eye. Sorry.... And taking the photo from a lower stance should help the perspective.
