Do you have any special recipes for Halloween morning or Thanksgiving morning?
We have pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pancakes, apple pie pancakes. Looking for inspiration.
Also, are pumpkin pancakes a) festive as all heck or b) trendy and unimaginative?

This is the fruit I did one Halloween - maybe last year. I do pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. Greek yofurt holds its shape a bit, make Caspers and use currents or raisins or blueberries for the eyes as garnish on the plate (or on a salad plate).

Lemon juice or orange juice dip before it goes on the plate or into a fruit dish. Same for apples.
