Are you kidding? Will the inn of the month add really pay for that in that location? That's absurd. Unless having the inn of the month designation is going to bring in an ADDITIONAL $5k+ it's not worth it. Not JUST $5k, but $5k MORE than would have been.

Nope, not kidding. Bidding is so fierce in that city that the very second bid for the inn of the month was $700, so the bidder must have just decided to cut to the chase and start very high. They must think it is worth it. Impossible to tell how many inns were in the bidding. And bidding is allowed as long as there is a higher bid within a certain number of minutes, so the cutoff time gets extended in the site'$ favor. Tomorrow the winner will be the inn of the month. Here is how the bidding progressed. Only the immediate past 10 bids are listed at one time, and I didn't copy the first two; the first one was very small, and the second one was a whopping $700:
