I'm getting great feedback on the site. We now have 45 registered properties. That's a great start I think! Its been a lot of fun looking at all the different things you guys are coming up with for your rewards! If any of you have time to write a blog/Facebook post about the site I think it will really help as well! I know a few have and we thank you!

I think it is still foreign to everyone, and once WE ALL share how easy it is, and the benefit of being on there, then it will catch on.

I had a similar debate with myself -- we're not a B&B, nor an Inn really, but we are in the hospitality business, small, locally operated, family owned, etc., etc..., so very similar in many ways, dealing with many of the same issues (which is why I am on this forum). I went ahead and submitted a listing to InnRewards and it was accepted...
This other place seems similar, small, presumably not a chain , etc.., although I think it would be nice to have more information about who the "innkeepers" actually are (no "about us" page on their site...). Just my thoughts, for what they're worth.

I agree it looks small enough to be a fit - as long as it is not a division of some mega-corp. Some of the places that call themselves B & B have mega rooms to the point I think of them as hotels - a lot of the ones on PAII. I guess I am out of it because I cannot see how 20 rooms can be a B & B because in my mind a B & B is owner run small business.
The problem for the "tweeners" is they are too big to fit with us and too small to run with the hotel crowd.

So, when innrewards gets a lot of b&bs participating, how is the guest going to know what area the properties are located if they are all listed by state? Right now it's not important because there are very few and guests will just click on them all and look at the map on each listing, but what if there are 20 or more properties in a state?

Ive been trying to push it on Bedposts which is another forum I use with over 1000 members but as there is no UK section on the map it is handycaping me a bit. Im also tryingl to spread the Better way to stay campaign which page views of the "hotel package" vidio have shot up overnight! trying to see if there would be a way for bedposts and PAII to work together on campaigns such as this which would benefit us all

After we get enough on a state we will break the state up into thirds. We can then go to cities and so on. This site is going to grow with features as it gets enough users. We can probably even do a featured property per what ever we decide to do on the state or city pages... The way it is now, i'm going to start thinking about Canada as the next Map to build. We are starting to get a lot from that region! Hope you all are enjoying the site. Let me know when someone enters a code. That will be kinda fun! I know it will take time for the word to get out.

If you go to the Home page of innrewards you will see your country listed. The site has been changed to only show countries that have a listing. If you know of a property that is in a different country that is not listed thats ok. As soon as they sign up I make one for them.

If you go to the Home page of innrewards you will see your country listed. The site has been changed to only show countries that have a listing. If you know of a property that is in a different country that is not listed thats ok. As soon as they sign up I make one for them.

One thing that still bothers me is the Breadcrumb trail when you go to a state/ country etc. it says TOP...that is so weird...why doesn't it say "home"?
Still need some edits on the innkeeper page and some images. Pretty boring page to look at :-(
Right now I see no purpose in even having the US Map. To me it is one less step to just scroll down the list and see which states have listings. When you click on the map, you have to choose a state and if none there, have to start over again. I would rather see some nice photo images up top there instead.

I added more characters to the main text on each listing to 300. The reward text I will find out. I think there should be enough room to say what you need to about booking online. If you are using Res Key you can add an extra field to your reservation form. I took a screen shot from mine so you can see what it would look like. It only takes a few clicks to set it up.

The page is a lot better now. You should go check it out again! My DW and Empty Nest have been working on it. It looks a lot better now! You should check out the Blog as well. JB did another fantastic Job!

As of now, unless someone out does Virgina. You guys will get the next upgrade on your state listing!
I like the idea of adding the properties listed to FB. I will do that. (Well DW will when I tell her to) Its my day to wear the Pants! She told me I could!
I will also add the link to the fb page when listings sign up.
