Merging a Facebook Place page with your official Facebook Business page

Facebook Places is a great marketing tool, I've noticed quite a few inns haven't done this simple process to take advantage of it.

Now... how do I....
1. Claim the damn link that TripAdvisor made with my name that has 9 likes that belong to my B&B, not TripAdvisor?
2. Create a seperate account for my business that is not associated with my name, so I can put back my personal security?
