That is what you get when you post just about anything to this forum, the worst. It is what we do best here. And I agree it could happen, but you all need to realize it IS happening without asking permission, fyi. Anyone with a camera or any sort, laptop, ipad can stream something from your guest rooms.
If you don't have your B&B, your town, your names on a google alert yet you are not being wise.

I rented for a photo shoot once. I forget the rate, probably the regular nightly rate. Or maybe we bartered for photography of the rooms. It was a while ago now, but it was fine. One photographer and one subject. Middle of the day. I was around, but not in the room.
As far as that article.... we all run that risk all the time... I rent rooms by the night and I clean them in the morning.
