Very nice. When DH did our floors 15 years ago (doesn't seem that long but I guess it is), he used a water-based poly. It was in December and he did not want cooped up withthe fumes. It was expensive stuff but hasheld up VERY well. Comes from New Berlin, WI.
 
Water based poly has held up very well for us over the years. Last floors we did looked as good 14 years later, when we sold, as they did when we did them. Only issues was where the contractor used some fill - it came out - no need for fill here

and had a rolling office chair that was not good on it, but held up great to foot traffic.
