Hi StefanW,
I took a look at the demo. As near as I can tell, it seems to be targetted at single room properties. The availability calendar either shows as available or not. I don't see a provision for multiple rooms.
$10 per month may not seem like much, but there are other products that seem to do more for less.
This handles payments directly through Paypal if enabled, is that correct?

Yes, all you have to do is put your paypal email address in and select how much you like to charge. 10%,20% ....or full room price.
I can work on the monthly payments and get them lower. I also plan on adding more stuff to the program.
thanks for your time,
stefan

Paypal is handy for online payments for shipped items, but for payments for things that are not shipped, payment is not guaranteed. Paypal reserves the right to reverse a charge, no questions asked, no chargeback challenge. Paypal offers no protection for payments made for stays at an inn. It is not a lodging gateway. Some small properties find the risk acceptable, but for most B&B's the risk is unnaceptable. It may be appropriate for your product because you seem to be targetting single room B&B's.

Too many issues and scams revolve around PAYPAL, I HATE IT! I had to pay $20 to get an actual check sent to me because I sent a product I didn't want back to a company. What a hassle...never again!!!

well I built it in so people can use it if they want, if people dont want to mess with it, turn it off it takes about 5 sec.
thanks for the feedback so far.

That doesn't sound right. I use Paypal to handle payments for a subscription site I run and it works well for that. If I issue a refund it is handled immediately. If the person paid with a credit card, they refund the directly to the card. If the person had a PayPal account it goes directly to the account. Once it is in your account, you can have a check sent electronically to your bank for free, or you can have them mail you a check for $1..50 processing charge.
Who charged the $20 fee? That sounds more like a charge a seller would put on.

It was over a year ago and I can't remember but it was a large fee..not just $1.50 to get a check from Pay Pal
