TA Lawsuits?

It looks like the B&Bs in Europe may be getting somewhere with their lawsuit against TA if I'm reading this correctly!

It's a warning from TA to potential investors, but it also means that they realize that they aren't immune to lawsuits and that the reviewers themselves aren't immune to lawsuits. And basically TA realizes that content can get them involved in legal proceedings. In fact, I mentioned this to someone at TA... where a review that was posted was actionable by the owner in a court of law for violations of certain national laws.
