Well, nice to see a new positive reviews going up. Still not sure what to write about the others. For one, I think we might mention that we aren't a hotel with a 24H front desk. But some of the details are just odd. A stay in June with dust? We have housekeepers and rooms aren't even empty 2 days in a row. The other about the automatic lights not working... the only way that they wouldn't work would have been a guest tampering with them. We have a light in the foyer that stays on 24H a day and another on automatic movement. And all the lights on the stairs are automatic movement. And the keypads themselves are illuminated. How do you not see to use them?
I got all the paperwork from the doctor... I can't go in a car for at least 2 weeks and I may not be able to lift anything over 2kg for a few months. Maybe I should send a warning to guests that if they want help with luggage, it will have to wait until after 5PM when my lifting help arrives?
