Total room clean or not?

Well, they're back. They let themselves in (they called and asked if it was ok to do that) and I saw them briefly before they headed out for dinner. No comment on the room!

OK, so now they've decided to stay on a few more days. The room they were in is taken so they have to move. They said they would take all the towels with them to the new room so we didn't have to put new towels out. THEN apologized for not thinking about this earlier so they could have started in the room they'll be in the rest of the time.
They're just nice people.

So see if you had not cleaned the room, and they took another..then you still would have had to clean it! Oh well... I would say forget the towels, it just makes it all the more hassle for you.. moving out the towels for their used ones:-( They may be the nicest people, but it is causing you more work....bu you get more money ....oh well

They sound very nice and thoughtful too. It is nice to have guests that are trying to be helpful (even when they aren't). Hope they return time and time again!

These are the 17 times repeats. We offered to move their luggage for them but nothing doing. They were 'causing us more work,' they didn't like to do that so they moved their own luggage. They are very easy on the rooms so cleaning is fast.
You're right, if we hadn't cleaned the room and they took a new room yesterday, we would have had three rooms to clean today!

One of them just came back, forgot she'd switched rooms and was knocking on the other room door assuming her husband was asleep. She came and asked us for the key and we gave her the key to the room she's in now. Oh my, she was so embarrassed when she came back and said the key didn't work and I walked toward the room she's really in.
Thank goodness the OTHER couple is gone for the day!

Yes but just a bit, not sheets, just make the bed, perhaps with a choccy on each pillow. Empty bins, replace the towels wipe down surfaces and a brief bathroom clean.
Spray some spray and they will be very happy indeed!!!
