Have two very nice french chaps staying one who speaks no English and the other is very limited.
Usually we muddle through breakfast in a show and tell sort of way but the fact they were the only people staying last night meant there was no one else eating to point to. Therefore I was thinking for the future I might make a folder of versions of menu in different languages ie
French, German etc
anyone who could help?

I speak fluent Texan. It's like English, but with a twang and some verbs that don't exist anywhere else on the planet. Even Margaret Meade gave up on us.

Contact your local high school or college foreign language department, and ask them to help translate your menu. Also, they may be thrilled to have an opportunity to speak the language with a native.
If that's not an option, there's always Google Translate or Babblefish.
