Congratulations!
We stopped in and met innkeepers at a B&B that's been in operation over 100 years. They've been at it something like 18 years. When asked the secret to their longevity, their answer was "short peak seasons!"

We appear to have only a momentary lull in August because of the heat. The rest of the time we are booked most weekends. We're retired and as busy as we want to be.
