What are the best places to advertise for a B&B sale?

Besides the following where are the best places to advertise if you have a B&B for sale? Are any of them free listings?

Best places for visibility?
Just google it and the top 5 will give you the answer.
Those you listed may be only for sale in certain areas of the country, not all, brokers for certain states only, FYI.
If you are looking to buy a B&B do you need to see the same inn listed on all five? or is that being redundant and too costly? If you are looking to buy where do you look?

Our buyers found my ad on Craigslist...searching from California under the Northern Michigan businesses for sale heading...and yes, it's free...just the time and effort to repost it once or twice a week.
You can also list on Innshopper.com and Innseekers.com for free.

PS a realtor can also list on MLS for you.
I say all of this to say, there isn't a best place. Bedandbreakfastforsale.com had the most click thrus, but no walk thrus.
