I would do as a main with bacon slices on the side. or not. that sounds kind of odd. I like this, I would enjoy it!

I would use them for a sweet main, with bacon or sausage on the side (2 each). I also would use a swipe of Nutella on that taco instead of melted chocolate chips, I think. Either way would be tasty. Maybe sprinkle some almonds or granola on, too?

If they were "mini" sized, they would make a cute fruit course, garnished with some kind of mint. Otherwise, I think they would be tasty as a sweet main course with some good sausage patties.
