What have you changed this year to help YOU?

Have you changed anything so far this year that's just for you? Taken steps to take better care of yourself or changed something to help make your life easier?
I've tried to limit my online time now that I no longer have the business to deal with.
I just heard this evening that another neighbor suddenly died who had not been ill. This is the second one in 4 months. Life can change on a dime.
Makes you think about some things....

And you've probably had some PITAs that have justified a little attitude. lol!

I bought an electric blanket for me so my bed is lovely and toasty when I get in it! best money I have spent this year! I am all about making things low maintenance. bought a new dishwasher with a really good one hour cycle which means getting through all the dishes on a Sat and Sunday morning is a lot easier. My lock box for late arrivals.
