Is there anything new you have implemented this summer vs last year?
Was it a natural occurence that just made sense to change the way you go about something, or provide a certain amenity? Or was it due to a disaster that forced your hand to make the change?
This could be something very minor, like a full size chocolate bar vs turn down chocolates, or a new menu, or self check-ins after 7 or 8pm? Wrinkle free no-iron linens to give yourself more down time...?

1. We are implimenting self-checkin after 6PM.
2. Bought ramekins to make individual strata portions.
3. Set up breakfast in two services so guests have to choose the 8AM or 9AM seating.
4. Made the living room into private space.
To do...
Update the movies selection.
Working on making breakfast available on the terrace
Working on making the solarium as a guest space

we are changing our family rooms so that you have to book them directly as am sick to death of three adults turning up. They are for families ie so small child is in with parents 3 adults can go in a double or twin and a single makes me so cross.

Putting the onus for telling us what they CAN eat back on the guests instead of sitting here fretting over what something means in the rez.
'GF doesn't eat gluten but that shouldn't be a problem at breakfast.' Right back at them...French toast, pancakes, waffles are all out of the question then, correct? Response? 'Oh, no, she eats that.'
