Christopher Elliott is a travel writer, podcaster, and consumer advocate. He does a daily newsletter about the travel industry, airlines, cruise lines, and had the big shots of just about every company listed on his advocacy page - when all efforts are exhausted to no avail, his t3eam looks into the case, most times getting it resolved for people but he also tells them how to DIY first. He is currently doing a subscription drive for the paid version of his newsletter (I got the free version for several years before subscribing).
