Crazy last few days !?#!

Where do I start..... guest hangs up on me(on phone), then when I deliver bfast to room ,guest in shower, &checks out without talking to me. Another wants a deep discount on parents wknd (5 e mails), another booked this wknd (asked to arrive at noon,I ok it) at 4:10pm calls says Iam not home, no cars in driveway (my logo truck there + another car),Place is abandoned & a mess, he" will call the Better Business on me", wants to cancel ( has paid for 1st night & doesn't even know this) then at 4:36 sends a cancel e mail.I could not even ask where he was as he hangs up. But got it(room) booked for tonight. 2 other strange calls w/ odd questions...which is OK. If you do not ask you'll be ignorant for ever. ...... and so it goes......... not over yet !

The Better Business Bureau? Definitely not a seasoned traveller. WTF is wrong with someone to claim they are at your place when you are there?

Better the BBB than on the TA tooting this stuff. If you are not a member, there is nothing they can do for them and if you are, they will listen to you & likely understand. The guy should give you an opportunity to speak as obviously he was at the wrong location. HE was the unreasonable one. You may want to gather all this info now and keep in a safe place as you may be seeing a chargeback for the deposit.

I think he went to 104 College Street Dayton Va ( 4 miles north ) as it is the old Shenandoah Music College, closed 20 yrs ago. Another ism..."you can't cure stupid"........Mary in va waiting for the other shoe to drop......where is Monday ?
