February is a bad month weather wise, other than Valentine's day/weekend. It is always cold, windy drizzly and generally the last month people choose to get away!
If you were me, by now you have seen some of our marketing, where we are, what we have and of course much of that is MISSING in Feb (like fall leaves, scenic hikes - although you could still do it, but chances are you aren't a B&B goer if you wish to hike the coldest month of the year)
WHAT PROMOTION or SPECIAL would you suggest for FEBRUARY for this B&B?
I am open to all suggestions.
Let em rip! and thank you in advance... (by sharing someone else here may get a leg up as well).

'Snuggle up baby, it's cold outside!' Quiet season getaway. Breakfast in bed? (I wouldn't but I'm not you!) Something indoors nearby? Museum? Pkg with tix to the museum? Sledding? Ice skating? (Not sure how cold we're talking here!) Any covered bridges? They're always pretty in the snow. Only the brave picnic in the park?

No guarantee of snow at all. Sometimes we may, sometimes we won't.

Scrabble Weekend. How many points can you rack up? Movie weekend - snuggle up with popcorn and watch the movies you cannot watch at home - because the phone rings, you have an appointment,. shopping needs done.....

There's also Presidents day, you know George and Abe.

I was doing a little holiday research to get some ideas to help you. Apparently February is "National Hot Breakfast Month" in addition to other things. We should all use this information in our marketing for February.
Some other February Food Holidays are Bagels & Lox Day, Pancake Day, Sticky Bun Day, Banana Bread Day, etc. You could tie in the Hot Breakfast Month with whatever one is falling on that particular day.

More of a marketing theme than a special. Sounds like fun anyways...

Fawlty Towers Weekend......
Love it. comes with guaranteed abuse at the front desk and in the dining room.
.
You are a Spanish waiter and you understand hardly anything in English.

Unfortunately it is the Bob Newhart syndrome all over again, I can bet $500 no one would even have a clue about what the heck we are on about!
Understand English? That is a normal conversation betwn DH and I...
