Sorry if I'm the last person on the planet to discover this but....
All my bedding is white cotton but I do find the colour fades and they look a bit dingy after time. I wondered if it's using 30 minute washes (which I do for 1 nighters) but even a full wash doesn't make any difference.
I've used Glo White a lot and it does improve the look, but it's very temporary.
The other day I was ironing and one of my pillow cases had marks that hadn't come out in the wash, so I put it in the machine on a full wash with some towels and a small scoop of vanish crsytal white. When I made the bed up I was amazed at how white this pillow case was compared to the rest of the set. So I washed the whole set in vanish CW and wow, back to looking like new.
I've now washed all my bedding sets in Vanish CW and they all look much better.

Does it eventually wear the sheets out more quickly? I'm going to check that out because we are going to all white this year.

Vanish Crystal White is the same oxi, but with a little bluing in it. To be honest, over time, you are going to see more and more whites becoming dingy... because LED lights don't work with bluing. And the bluing is just a fake colour thing anyway. It's using the UV to make things look whiter than they really are. The whole world's whites are going to start to look dingy as we change bulbs.

All my lights are LED already and the whites still look much whiter than they did.

.
Yes, but they will never be as bright as they would be on the old lights, because of the UV. Try the normal Oxy (Vanish) and the results should be the same. The only difference between the Vanish Oxy and the one for whites in the bluing for the ultraviolet.
