Health Inspector just left. Her first comment was ..... Oh My - this is a mess. My heart hit my shins. We have a side of our kitchen that becomes the general dumping area for mail, receipts, etc etc. But on the "inn - side" of the kitchen everything is kept exactly as it's supposed to be. She had no violations, no follow ups, no suggestions ..... and despite the fact I'm not required to be one, she put me down as a "Certified Food Protection Manager". Passed with flying colors. I was completely taken by surprise. She's never been here this time of year before. There are some REQUIRED changes to the code. Luckily I already had them in place. Time for a cocktail
