So another group are in and my aunt says, "I just can't connect with this group… like they just want me to be the front desk girl at the hotel!" Would be Ark's perfect guests but the show is in our town so Arks misses out…..
I spent the day vacuuming inside and outside. (Have to get all those leaves and grass picked up after weed whacking and mowing around the pool before they decide to take a swim!) I haven't decided whether vacuuming or sweeping cement is easier…..One is noisy while the other is hard labor…. But I got a break when our neighbor took a break from remodeling one of his condos to come over to chit-chat. He ended up giving us a tour of the place. It was very nice!.
We have a group in this weekend I can't connect with at all. So I left. Gomez is on his own. All thru breakfast this morning it was like treading water in treacle. Hope it goes better tomorrow. But I won't know. I'm 250 miles away.

My fussy guests with the list of "off-limit" breakfast food, arrive tonight. If any one remembers the list of "off-llimit" foods has 100 things including; fats, borsch, fried fish, chicken, toast, "no" toasts, eggs, farm fresh meat, grains. No sausage, garlic, low-fat dairy products, mashed carrots, no pork, beef (just lamb and venison) cheese with mold, brussel sprouts, sunflower oil, low-alcohol beer, cabbage.... blah blah blah.
Any one want to switch for the week?
Tomorrow morning our breakfast will include, fresh-lemon croissant french-toast, BACON (the rest of us still are Canadian), fresh edible flowers, yogurt and a huge pile of fresh cut fruit (that isn't to strong smelling).
Please say a prayer for us this week.
