If a guest orders hot chocolate for breakfast, how do you prepare it? Do you have packets in your beverage area? For those who deliver, how do you serve it?
We've been using inexpensive packets (you know, that little miss who comes from Switzerland), on our beverage table. On delivery, they get higher end multi-flavor foil packets with a carafe of hot water. We've not be able to find the higher end packets for a long time. If we order them online from the company, they are really expensive and I don't feel they're worth it. It might just be one of the items we cut back on.
