In the last couple of weeks I've received a few reservations through Booking, and none of them had the guest's address. I can't charge the deposit to the credit card without the card's billing zip code, so I have to contact the guest and wait for them to give me their address before I can confirm the reservation.
They used to send the address. They just keep cutting more and more out of what they do for us. I'd end it with them, but I do get one or two a week from them so it seems worth it. Barely.
