Did you backup all your documents? If you are using Chrome and your signed into google then your bookmarks are in the cloud anyway. Some bad programs save their files in the C:\My Document or C:\Users Directory, but as HIDDEN files, so you may want to check those out. Others sometimes save their data in the C:\Program Files\ although specs say they shouldn't. Stuff like Quicken and Quickbooks sometimes do that..
I got that message - do you want to save hidden files? Yeesh! I thought I had cleared everything up and then there's all this other stuff!
I know I backed up junk I don't need, stuff that will get reloaded with a new system.
Big problem now is having to run 2 email programs until I get the new computer which could be months from now if I don't start looking.
It seems all the new computers don't store anything locally. All the mail programs are cloud based which I don't want.
