Yes, that's a big part of our problem. That's why so many services require you to click a link in the e-mail they send you to confirm it's a good address before they'll work with you.
I wish I could come up with effective language for the field label of the e-mail field on my online registration form. Right now it just says E-mail: _____________________
Wish I could think of a brief way to tell them this is really important! If they don't get the e-mail, they don't get the keyless entry code.
I guess I could put E-mail Where Keyless Entry Code Will Be Sent: _____________________
But that will probably just confuse them!
