On the 1st Jan I emailed TA to say I didn't want to renew my business listing. I subsequently had a call from my "account executive" saying he wanted to send me information about the performance of my listing which he did.
On the 8th Feb I emailed my "account executive" once again confirming I wanted to cancel.
On 13th feb they took £654.10 out of my bank and I received an automatic renewal email.
On 14th Feb I raised this as a "Business Listing User Question" through their online system and I received an email saying someone would get back to me, no one has.
On 17th Feb I phoned and spoke to a lady called Katherine, she said she would get someone to look into it, I've heard nothing.
Today I phoned my bank and told them, they're taking the money back and putting a stop on TA taking any more money from my account.
