I just received a Relay call from a "hearing impaired person". Glad I read this thread, because the minute I refused to put luggage carrier delivery charges on the credit card and said I suspected the call was a scam, they ended the call.

We have our cancellation policies in place because they force people to "have some skin in the game." We have had people try to cancel at the last minute because the weather might not be perfect. Once they were reminded of our cancellation policy, they changed their minds. I always assure people...
I use a Sharpie marker to write K or Q on the tags attached to the sheets. When the sets are washed and folded, I bundle them as a set: top sheet folded around the fitted and pillow cases. That way, you just grab a bundle and go. The shelves in my laundry room are labeled by size.
