Coastkeeper

I have been a master innkeeper, chef, and inn counsultant for a number of years. Have either owned or managed inns/castles/guest ranches/boutique hotels in Scotland, Ireland, Prague, Maine, Virginia, Vermont, Colorado, Wyoming, California, and upstate N.Y. Love the business and learn something new everyday. Spent over fifteen years as a consultant to owners and decided three years ago to go back on the line. In that time I have helped owners in Maine, Virginia, and California greatly improve their inn's business, cuisine, and staff. Although not thrilled with the current employment, I have brought this inn from the bottom of the pile to the number one in sales in this area. Now I'm on the search to find that historic inn to call home and create a true national showcase.
