I am a former Special Education teacher looking to becoming a B & B owner/operator. My fiance and I are seriously looking into buying a beautiful 8 bedroom place in Washington State very soon. The price is great but a lot of work is before us because neither of us is experienced in the B & B world. We're great cooks, I'm a good handyman and jack of all trades, she is an RN, and we are both very hospitable people. I'm sure it takes a lot more than that.
