Aspiring Innkeeper for too long. Ready to go -- just looking for an existing inn to purchase, or if I have to, a place where I can start a B&B. Located in Seattle, WA, where I have to stay if I want to stay married to my husband, who will keep his day job here. This limits our options somewhat, but Seattle is not a bad market to be stuck in, as far as that goes. Member of PAII, attended seminars and conferences, am currently working at a local B&B. I'll let you know when I become "perspiring" instead of "aspiring." In the meantime, thanks for the advice and I will do my best to contribute to the group too.
