We have someone staying with us and does not like the first room, wanted to change room again on second night, just plain weird like they camp in the room all day, take lots of food and drink from breakfast area....how do you refuse to have them...

    Do you charge the guest on their credit card after they check out if the room is a big mess with vomit all over the place? What the appropriate amount?     how to deal with guest claims maid for stolen item

    Our Inn opens for business for 5 years and we never had one incident of stolen item. One of the guests lost her pair of shoes (she stated it worths 250) and claimed it on our maid and wanted us to pay for her loss. How do you deal with this sort of situation? Thanks in advance for your advices.
