We have started 11/2 years ago and until know did not think about vacations. Now we do and we are planning a week off. I was wondering about taking somebody who would run the B&B while we are away. There is a very good and trustworthy service for that here. But I wonder if the costs/Benefits...

Check put at 10.00 would be impossible here in Spain. We offer breakfast until 10.30 but by 12.00 we need the rooms to get cleaned.

Well we are in Europe but also here we need restrictions in order to get the work done. Checkout is latest until 12.00 and checkin starts at 13.00 until 18.00 if not agreed or informed otherwise! It`s always very interesting to find out what guests are telling B&B owners in other countries :-)...
