They are steep! In the 3 years we've been doing this we've never ordered from a hotel supplier. Its not cost effective for a small place (or at least for us).

I'm a licensed hairstylist so I buy gallons of Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Shampoo and The Detangler and put them into mini bottles that we bought from U-Line. But I believe now you can buy hotel sized Paul Mitchell Tea Tree and Wild Ginger toiletries from Americanhotel.com

I agree with that! lol We don't do a blanket senior discount but a discount if someone asks if we have an AARP discount.

We've had a few guests think our smoking in room penelty isn't worth bothering to go outside (I think we are going to change our fee to be more inline with other inns and hotels in the area. We charge a lot less). We've even had to repaint the rooms to get rid of the smell.

Has anyone here used Reservation Key with a Wix website? The owners of the Inn we manage are trying to set up a new website as well as having to get a new booking system (Thanks again KeepMeBooked).
