We offer a coffee cake or muffins every day along with yogurt cups, English muffins and jellies and peanut butter, cold cereals, instant oatmeal, breakfast bars. We always set out small bowls of walnuts, raisins and coconut for adding to yogurt or cereal.
Also always, fresh fruit prepared to look pretty. (My FB page gets the most looks when I post my fruit platters.)
In addition, we do a hot buffet, chef's choice. Either scrambled, baked, fried or hard boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, French toast or waffles. We put out assorted syrups, hot sauce, sometimes salsa.
When the mood strikes us, we do yogurt parfaits, freshly baked Anadama bread, fruit filled pancakes.
We try to vary for folks staying longer.
Sometimes an apple pie. People love it because it is "so New England."

I have a friend who puts out several juices. We did for awhile, but are back to just orange and V-8.
She would set out orange, cranberry, apple, pomegranate, prune, tomato.....
I always have OJ and a non-citric juice as in pineapple coconut, papaya nectar, blueberry pomegranate, pear, mango nectar.........
