We are trying to decide which type of telephone service to use. What kind of telephone service do you use for your B&B?

We intend to do 3 night minimums for holidays and special events.

We haven't been able to start our B&B yet, but I am looking forward to working with my husband. We will each have our duties - mine will be more business side and his more operational, but I like that we will have more time together.

Just curious, did PAII ask to take it over or did the original people need someone to take it over because it became more than they could handle? From what I have read, I thought they were helping because that is what was needed - not because they are the "big bad wolf". If PAII did not take...

Thanks - we are moving to Port Aransas - near the beach. We currently live near Austin but have wanted to live in Port Aransas for a long time.

We have a toaster oven that is also convection oven. It sounds like it might come in handy.

I was checking out induction stoves today. I like the idea because the house has electric stove instead of the gas I am used to having, but my experience with stainless steel cookware is bad. I had it a few months but everything always stuck and was never as clean and shiny as I wanted it.
