A full room clean after checkout probably takes 40 mins vs 10 mins for a quick refresh. So there are benefits to a multi-night stay. Also if you are near a big city a 50% off Sunday night may make sense if your Sunday night is usually very light on business

Your probably right. Most new 5* hotels now have Rain and hadshowers along with heated mirrors etc. Highly unlikely that a B&B will be given top AAA rating but it is a goal :)

Yes Only business to business on a project basis and they only really deal with the big hotel chains. Just know them through some contacts. Obviously don't deliver outside Hong Kong.

When we pop to Hong Kong we fill up with Bed Linens from King Long. They supply the Four Seasons, Shangri La etc.
