While clearing a path on Saturday for the replacement fridge to be delivered the washer burns up. New washer delivered and installed on Monday, just getting caught up on the laundry. This morning sewer clog!!! All rooted out and good now. PLEASE let this be the last "event" for a while!!!!

Sounds like our first 3 months open! wahser dryer, dishwasher, had to go off septic to sewer and mainlines breaking every which way...

We had to replace every major appliance, 6 of the 7 50 gallon hot water heaters, septic tank, metal roof on 1 building all in the first couple of years.
