Yes, I marked it bad on booking. They supposedly get in touch with the guest. Nothing back from guest, yet. I may just call the guest.They have a new program they are rolling out country by country. Ask your rep. Are you marking them bad? We had to elevate one where the card was non-existent to the point of where we had to tell the guest that we felt uncomfortable taking a reservation. It was that, or call the cops.
When it does work, we call it in a Code 10 to tell them of suspicious activity on the card. Sometimes it gets the card cancelled. C'est la vie..

It's that d@*! email system! Their email went to spam. Either that or the guest uses their junk email addie that they never check.
